Probably best at the moment is any with IMX224 sensor (ZWO ASI224, QHY5III224, ...).

I would personally pair it with APM x2.7 coma corrected barlow for that dob, although that scope would provide more detail when used with x4 barlow, using a bit lower focal length than optimum in terms of resolution will help you with SNR (this is why I consider x2.7 APM a good fit besides optical quality and added benefit of coma correction at F/4.3)

+1 for the ASI224MC. I am very pleased with its performance. I tend to get best results between F/20 and F/25. The ASI178MC might be worth considering, as that gives a larger FOV and a smaller pixel size, optimal around F/12.

This Jupiter was taken with my C8, 2.5x PowerMate, and ASI224MC
