1st Jupiter for a couple of weeks

Not the best conditions as usual, but a reasonable end result. 7.5 minutes stacked in A/S2, derotated in Winjupos. C9.25, Asi120mm+X1.8 Barlow.

Nice capture Pete.

I'm looking for a new scope for Planetary imaging and keep coming back to the C9.25, the other scopes are generally 12 inch newts.

That's a very decent image Pete, my grs shots were lousy to say the least & as you say seeing again very poor!

Really nice capture, not too heavy on the processing, so it looks more natural to my eyes :)

I think a 12" newt would out perform my C9.25 to be honest on planetary imaging.
