nice and sunny here today here in south wales, not a lot going on ARwise, ar2654 is right on the limb nearly droping off , near to it a nice set off proms very active, AR2655 is still there just couldn't see any spots in the AR in HA but quite a bit of the white snakey stuff, on the on coming limb theres a nice arched prom quite big and also very active with proms both sides of the arch. hope you all have clear skys , charl.   HA cooking will post soon..

Bright and early Charl; great prom pic.  Clouds all day here I'm afraid.  Will have to wait until Wednesday according to the Met Office but that means nothing.
