heq5 belt mod wow!

Hi guys after doing the belt mod ,I've just had my first outing and must say what a difference it's made, apart from the noise the tracking in PhD is unbelievable,even before any tweaking cheers

I looked at this a while ago for mine but it seemed too daunting. Have started -just - imaging so might revisit this. Did it take long/was it hard to do?

Very easy but get the wheel extractor too

Does the mod mean your mount now doesn't sound like a set of spanners in a tumble dryer?

That said, the main reason I'd do this is for improved guiding, but am not at that stage of frustration yet.

the mod on the heq5 is easy to do, as above get the wheel extractor, the neq6 on the other hand is a little more complicated
