Interesting cloud formation on Sat24

Was just checking Sat24 and found it very interesting to see that the Channel seems to be clear, but as soon as the air hits the south coast it is starting to form clouds.

What effect is causing this?

Have attached some images but it is easier to see the movement on Sat24.

Looks like a sea breeze front.

Caused by differential heating of sea and land.

View from the front garden, this is looking north.
The front can be seen and it's lovely blue sky here in West Sussex with a slight SW breeze.
