Unexpected decent weather today! Tough day for solar observing / imaging though as the seeing is / was shockingly bad.

Decided not to go for a Ca-K FD today as the gaps were getting fewer and further between and the seeing was so inconsistent. May have a bash later if the seeing settles as the skies have cleared again now I have packed up Did get this though.

Very nice images and report David. Managed a view this morning before the clouds rolled in. Like you the seeing was poor, but I got a bonus. A neighbour took down a large tree which blocked most of my view SE.
