De-rotation software

Is there any software that can de-rotate a series of images for a gif or a movie?

I have 10 images of Jupiter over 90 minutes or so, with Io coming out of shadow transit, but using my CPC800 has naturally given it rotation.

Just wondering if anything can do what DSS does for stacking single images

Winjupos can correct for alt az rotation

Edit: though don't ask me how! I just remember seeing a "correct alt as rotation" button in one of the menus in winjupos
