Get them from poundShop, then use thicker elastic and some thick foam stuck on the inside with double sided tape, cut to a comfortable shape. Secret of comfort is to ensure the elastic goes under the ear. Wouldn't be without mine for hunting deep sky treasure, aaaaargh !
