Extensions for M48

Hi, I need to increase my distance to chip by around 7 mm on my Moravian. It has an m48 connection which screws directly into my SW .85 reducer. I think I need an extension tube but am unsure of what to get. surprised FLO don't have something. Can someone confirm this is what I need please?

You could use two 3mm with a 1mm ring between them perhaps.
