Pitiful effort I'm sad to say , been waiting for the shot all week only to be thwarted at the last minute by high thin hazy and cloud ...

At least you caught it, I had the camera set up ready but the clouds had other plans, big halo round the Moon now.

Nice work. Well done. Surprised you managed to get Jupiter at all with the brightness of the moon there!

Thanks to the ci cloud here Jupiter was only just visible to Mk1 eyeball when I got home at 2330; the halo was nice but was too shattered to get the tripod/camera out to record..
