Shadows over Phocylides

Looking along the terminator tonight. I noticed an interesting triangular shadow over Phocylides effectively cutting the view of the crater into 3 parts; the 2 illuminated bits north and south with the shadow in the middle falling east-west right across the crater floor to the far rim. I went back to it a few times over the period of a couple of hours and noticed the shadow going down the steep sides of the far wall almost as I watched. There must be a huge sticky-up bit on the near wall to produce so large a shadow; VMA quotes the crater diameter as 114km. Great view with an 8" Newt at *200.
