A intriguing object in a sky zone almost unvisited.

RT Draconis is a pulsating Mira-type variable star of type M. Its magnitude varies from +9.6 to +13.8, over a period of 279.4 days. If is this object, yesterday was at his maximum magnitud. It was a coincidence to pass by.

It's a misery to have made the photo with the 80/400 refractor. It gives a lot of aberrations and little detail.

But the snapshot is the interesting, many thanks for your comment.

I was a coincidence while photographing a series of stars for my collection with this OTA. I like his contrasted colors, including its aberrations.
