I was talking to my self earlier ( its an age thing!) about my Astronomy books, especially the dated ones, 2015, 2016 and wondering if there are any visual changes to the surface of the Moon that may have changed between the two Moon books, in the last two Years or  even in the last 50+ Years?

Well there you go, things do change!

What size of crater would a golf ball sized rock make? Could we see it with normal scopes?

According to the news article,

“A similar meteorite hitting the Earth’s atmosphere would produce a beautiful shooting star, but as the Moon has no atmosphere it slams into the surface, causing a crater the size of very large pot hole.
