1.9% Venus in a Yorkshire gale 20/3/17 - ASI290MC

Well this was a challenge.  Firstly, the proximity of Venus and the Sun meant I had to mask the front of the C9.25" to some extent.  Secondly it was blowing a gale but I was determined to stick with the same ROI on the chip as previous captures so they will be like for like.  The crescent was dancing all over the place.  Below is the process of the capture taken at 17:15.  This is the C9.25" with my ZWOASI290MC and an IR pass filter. 15% stack of 7500 frames.  I present two options, the untouched daylight version and a black point adjusted higher contrast version.
