99.3% Illuminated Moon 11 Mar 17

Managed to get this from last night! Maybe it's just me but I found it very difficult to focus so the image is not what i was hoping for in terms of quality, I wanted to get the Moon as full as possible though. Stills taken at 1/100, 1/200, 1/250 & 1/400 sec. The best was at 1/200th. Aligned in PIPP, stacked in AS!2, wavelets in Registax, finished in Photoshop. I feel I have gone backwards a bit, lets hope things improved as the moon wanes!

I think you have done well, the full Moon is quite a hard target.

Its a good image, the Moon seems easy to image but it is always changing, focusing on full moon is tricky, seems you get one area sweet but far side is slightly of, then atmosphere/seeing comes into it
