Olivon brand tripods and heads

Hi everyone.  I am currently working on a tripod setup for 10 pound binoculars.  During my search for reasonably priced equipment, I came across the Olivon brand, which is not all that much advertised here in Ohio, or the US.  I couldn't find any specific reviews for Olivon tripods/heads on the Internet, but have noticed this seems to be a popular brand sold in the UK and Canada.  If anyone could share their experience with this brand, I would appreciate it very much.  I am looking at purchasing the TR197/TRH16 tripod and head since it seems the capacities would be great for just about anything.  Thanks.  Tom.
