My whole house is illuminated by the neighbors art and craft light, no point in light shield as too much reflected light off my house ??

That's awful Peter...

You should first go round and have a friendly word with him, if it doesn't work talk to your local council, he is impairing your right to enjoy your hobby..

We had something similar for a while here. I spoke to the neighbours and asked them to shield the light because it was illuminating my daughters bedroom aggravating her sleeping disorder. A blackout blind went up the next day so I popped a prompt "thank you" card through their door.

Glad it's gone off but if it does continue maybe tell him it's not doing him any good for his arts and crafts as most of it is being wasted illuminating your house!!!
