Fuji in afocal at the request of Mr Jules

Below 3 photos in afocal using a generic Fuji Fine Pixie 12 Mp camera. The eyepiece used to make the projection was a 25mm orthoscopic Kokushai.

Avani, my friend, thank you for taking the time to post these wonderful image`s, they are some of the very best A-focal i have seen, the Saturn is amazing, was that a movie file and stack or single frames?

Hello Jules!
The moon were 3 shots, of those I chose the best, then in the single frame case.
The Planetaries were films in which I chose the best 40% and stacked.

Hello Jules!
Interesting photo, I suggest using less exposure for the photo to leave darker, in later processing it is easier to lighten a dark photo than to darken a photo too light. If the photo bursts the contrast becomes difficult after balancing. Make a sequence of photos, 10 to 20 varying the parameters and then choose the best one to process.

Those are some very fine images, Avani. The Jupiter occultation stands out of course.

Hi Steve, if only I were this good! It's Avani who took them. My guess is he used a C8 for these, but we'll know for sure when he answers your question.

These photos are old, at the time I used a GSO 12 "Dobsonian with a 25mm orthoscopic eyepiece colleagues Ruud and Steve!

Avani, like your A-focal shots this was taken some years ago so i do tend to use less exposure now
