I was into astronomy when the pictor 416 and the st7 was two of the best. I just got back into it but with solar first, bought a lunt 60. I had no idea amateurs were getting pics so perfect. I'm going through these forums and wow!

I agree. Some of the images posted here make you wonder why NASA would want to spend M$ on sending telescopes in space. On the other hand, there's less cloud up there.
