Hi all

Another M42 this from a dark site with no CLS filter just the VH-1 on the Megrez/EQ5/350D combo, 2 x 60second exposures 1600asa.

Think the colour is really subtle and the running man seems to really stand out.

Very good Alan. Agree the colour is spot on. Must be nice to be able to take such good colour images without the hassle of LRGB.

Thanks for the kind comments people,

Must say it's a pleasure to use the Canon 350D I can honestly say every time I use it for astrophotography it astounds me with the quality of the images it takes, they do need a little processing to get the most out of them, but overall it's an amazing bit of kit.
