Some improvements to my DIY travel counterweight

Made a small change to the "travel counterweight" for my EQ3/2. The PVC pipe cover I put the M16 bolt through had more flex than I liked, so I used a hole cutter to make a disk of plywood and attached it to the pipe cover with four screws, and it is much more solid now.
