power pack fuses tricky to change

I don't have a skywatcher power tank so could be wrong but I believe the 15amp protection is a circuit breaker rather than a fuse that you simply press to reset. If it's the 2 amp fuse you're trying to access the cover should simply unscrew (anticlockwise) and the fuse should literally pop out by virtue of a spring behind it. If it has somehow become tight or seized a pair of needle nose pliers may be of assistance

If it is a circuit breaker, I don’t think it is working. There is no response when pressed. Thanks for your input Hadron.
