Canon 15X45 IS repair needed

I have determined the circuit board is likely bad on my Canon 15X45 IS binoculars. Canon stopped working on these in 2005 and won't give any information on where to have them repaired. Any leads on where I might get a board or possibly purchase a parts binocular? If not, these might be for sale for parts. Thanks, Kevin
