For all my Lunar stuff ( I do 30 or so individual frames of the moons surface and stitch them into one fairly high res lunar 'disc') I use Panorama Plus. It came as free with sky at night magazine and I think it is a free download. Heres one of the results, hope you like. I imagine you're doing the same.
