How can I make this better

Hi all,

Ive been trying to put my 6D onto the new etx90. I ordered the t ring and part from eBay to allow my camera to Attach to the back, however the focus knob on the right gets in the way of the t ring and adapter meaning I can't get a tight fit, thus leaving my camera very loosely attached and moving. Any ideas what I can do?

Take a file or Dremel and remove material from the adapter until it fits.

That is a tight squeeze. As above.......use a file or similar to shave a bit of the focuser or adapter down. Probably best to do it to the adapter.

You can replace the ETX focus knob with one on a thin metal cable I think

I'll see if I can find a link.

That looks interesting and not a very expensive way of overcoming the problem that matt has. Its essentially a small flexi slo-mo control.
