Thought this might interest a budding dob builder. It is 'only' 1/4 wave pv and without test very, but I guess that could be checked with OO? Not sure how the asking price stacks up?

Looks a bit pricey, you can get a new 40cm F4 1/6 wave and secondary from OO for that price.

 oops prehaps not, I forgot the VAT.

Very true Shane. I did say I hadn't checked the price! I guess costs go up a little for faster mirrors though perhaps?

Always interesting to post these things up because you quickly get to know whether they are as good as they seem at first glance or not. In this case not!
