This arrived today, but only just opened it as I've been busy re-fitting my kitchen. It seems that something is missing. Am I right?

Umm, maybe  Oh well, that's 2 collimation tools out of 2 that have been no good to use! Anyone know if FLO are open on Sunday's for contact?
