Crikey...this is a feint one! For a long time i was convinced I had missed it or there was no signal at all. I thought the witch had disappeared...

20 X 5 min, 1200D, iso 800, F5.6, DSS. PS. tracked. No filers used. I really needed to use a LP or UHC to get a better background i think.

This is my first go at this target and I'll try my scope next time. Any hints on how to capture and process this target very welcome. :icon_biggrin:

Ha Ha... looks like I replaced vertical with horizontal banding!

Horrible vertical banding and green tinge. Still there but better than it was!

Had a quick look at this last night while adding data to my NGC 1333, Took one image of 6 mins and saw nothing so gave it a miss, Think next time ill give a few more subs. looks very interesting.

I stacked the subs, did a few strong stretches and saw absolutely nothing, I then managed to see a very minor bit and managed to pull it out a bit. Its like having to find the end of the cotton before you can start to grab it, though that is a rubbish metaphor! Once you get a bit, use very tiny stretches and it starts to reveal itself. :icon_biggrin:
