1st attempt at bi-colour IC410

First go at combining HA and Oiii, quite pleased with the result. 18 of each @ 900s with only bias added, very much work in progress. All c/c vey much welcomed as i am veru much new to this ttype of imaging. Hope you like it.

This is an excellent start - it is a very effective method of collecting minimal data to produce a meaningful colour image. As you are already producing a false colour image, you might enjoy playing with the 'Hue/Saturation' settings to further increase contrast to reveal even more detail.

This is a great first bi-colour image.  All of the main elements are there.  Super start.

As a pointer to next steps and constructive comments, for me, I would be tempted to remove the green-ish cast to the frame, look at some noise reduction (especially chromatic noise, ie noise within the colour data) and then some gentle colour saturation boosting.

Nice work, great start, agree with Barry's comments, a little more work will result in a better image.

Thanks guys. Weather is starting to improve so I'll add a few more hours data soon.  Am I right in thinking if I want a more natural star colour I would need to be adding RGB to this with masks?
