23x600secs L and 24x300secs RGB

Nice darkness, that small puff of smoke in the starry sky. Do you know what the gray fuzzies near the bottom are?

Galaxy is NGC 6946 and the cluster is NGC 6939

Got too love a good widefield image, the dark nebulas just look so odd against the background.

They are not easy to process as well.
I'm still learning how to process these ccd images, may get there in the end.

What really amazes me is the shear volume of stars that a real dark site reveals.
