Geminid meteors

Just a reminder that Gemenids are about the next couple of nights, just saw a bright slow moving yellow one but not sure if it was a Geminid

Been thick grey cloud here all week so far, so no chance of seeing any meteors, or the lesser supermoon...

The MD just mentioned in passing that "something was happeng tonight" she's seen it on facebook or something. All I could think of was the Full Moon. I've not been paying attention, so thanks for the reminder. It's my favourite meteor shower.

Unfortunately the full cloud cover here is going to spoil any that the Moon doesn't.

Just stuck my head out to see if the cloud was clearing a another bright slow moving yellow meteorite, similar to the last one I saw, was headed east down through Leo just about midnight.

Been out 20min's and seen 3 between the clouds so looks pretty active.
