NEW ZWO ASI071MC-Cool Incoming

The new ZWO ASI071MC-Cool camera with Sony IMX071 APS-C (diagonal 28.4mm) sensor is incoming  

We are not sure exactly when it will arrive but we are confident it will be before Christmas. 

Specifications includes: 

Regulated two-stage Tec-cooling (35-40 degree below ambient).
Very low read noise: 2.3e @24db gain 3.3e @lowest gain.
14Bit ADC.
Electronic shutter.
USB3.0 (back-compatible with USB2.0): 10fps @4944X3284, 134fps @320X240. 
AR coated optical window. 
Controllable Anti-Dew window heater (you can turn it off to save power). 
External desiccant tube design (no need to open camera). 
Compatable with windows/Mac OS/Linux. 

The UK price hasn't been set but we are expecting it to start around £1,400 (an introductory price) then rise to around £1,500 in the new year.

The Sony IMX071 APS-C sensor is used in a number of photo cameras from brands like Fuji, Leica, Nikon, Pentax & Sony so is thoroughly tried and tested

A mono version of this would be *very* interesting, but dependent on the sensor manufacturer.

Is that a tilt-adjuster I see on the front plate?
