My new gallery

I have a gallery setup in uk astronomers under narrowbandpaul. How do you place pics on here? It shows my arly stuff dating back to last year

The easiest way Paul is to go into UK Astronomers and use the upload image feature. You can then embed the code into your posts where you need to, or there is an upload photo option as you create or reply to a topic.

The way I post pictures on here is as follows....

When adding a new post or new thread, immediately under the box where you type there is a link "Click Here To Upload An Image". When you click on it, you'll get a dialogue allowing you to point to the file on your machine - its mostly pretty obvious really, but you must give it a name. It copies your file to UK Astronomers and then gives you a lump of HTML to paste into the place where you normally type your text.

Its easily missed. Just don't forget to give it a name - don't know why it needs it, but it does not work if you don't. One of life's mysteries.
