November 11, 2016: First results with C8 and ASI178MM

Here are results of two 2000-frame SER files captured with the ASI178MM behind the C8. For some reason I hadn't got round to using the ASI178MM behind the C8 for lunar. Very pleased with these first results. The Revelation dual-speed focuser helped a lot.

To appreciate the resolution, you really need to click on the image. I have enough other data to create a full-disk mosaic at this resolution. The PC will be stacking away through the night

They are crackers Michael and I think you could squeeze some more detail out of them too. In fact I hope you don't mind but I had a go (It's cloudy and I'm not tired, I'm sorry)

I hope you'll be doing a mosaic with this setup it'll look terrific.
