Hacksaw blades make good secondary vanes. I have seen some fairly simple cells made of plywood, and the mirrors held in place with silicon glue. Said to work well.

If not hacksaw blades, what about a printer's doctor blade? They come in about 2M lengths and are scrapped almost daily. You might be able to get hold of some locally. Beware though they are thin and SHARP.

What I am trying to get is maybe a detailed plan from someone who has made a mirror cell themselves with how to make it for culmination ease none of this 32 spot floatation stuff
