90 Degree Attachment for PAS

Hi there, has anyone ever used this or something similar:

Would be interested to hear everyone's thoughts on the use of such an accessory.  Strikes me our knees, backs and necks would be most appreciative :-)

Made one myself out of a cheap angled finder from eBay, works a treat, no more backbreaking and wet knees ?
