Connecting A Olympus E 420 To Telescope

Hello. Im new in this astrophotography thing but let's see If I can understand everything.

Recently I've bought a Skywatcher explorer 150 pds for taking pictures of DSOs. It came with T2 adapter so If I got everything right I need to buy a T2 ring for my Olympus E 420 camera and put the t ring on the camera. Then put the T2 adapter on the t ring and then just screw it in place where the eyepiece is. Then also a extra lens in the T2 adapter for focus?

Now maybe I got everything right or everything wrong. Please help me before I go buy it.

There would be no lens between the camera and the telescope - just connect the camera direct. You focus the camera by focusing the scope with camera attached.
