Looks like your iPad wants to open it in the YouTube app rather than in the web page. It should be fine to click OK. My Android phone and tablet do the same

I did go to youtube and it said error tap to retry ,what was in the video ? Was it a space ship or so e thing else

It was a live stream on YouTube that's unavailable now. It has the description "Berkeley SETI Live Chat from Green Bank about Tabby's Star observations". Fortunately they have uploaded the whole thing so we can still watch it. Which is what I'm going to do now to see what they have to say about it
