Yes but unlike us they can afford adaptive optics, so they only get a little bit sympathy   One for my Christmas list perhaps!

Good programme, lots to take in, thanks for flagging it Dave, I would have missed it otherwise. The direct imaging of the exo planet with the Keck was fascinating.  One to download and watch over I think.

Just watched it on the iPlayer. One of the better Horizon programs, very well put together I thought.
