Anyone planning on bringing an QHY8 to SGL12?

I am presently trying out a QHY8 pro that someone is selling secondhand.  Unfortuantely I'm having a problem that looks at the moment as though it might be a related to a possible faulty power supply or 9 pin power cable.

Is anyone planning to bring a QHY8 to SGL12?  If so, would it be possible to try your power supply and 9 pin power cable with the camera I have to see if the power supply (DC-201) or 9 pin cable I have is faulty?
