Grant and I have been >ahem< tweaking some of the permissions to make it a little easier to administer down stairs.

Unfortunately, it is a complex affair and some of you may have experienced a couple of glitches this afternoon. Apologies if you have, hopefully normal service is now resumed, but please shout if this is not the case.
