Skipper Billy
I have a question about using CosmeticCorrection in Pixisnight I am using BatchPreprocessing and after it has run I open CosmeticCorrection and generate a defect map of hot and cold pixels etc then apply this to BatchPreProcessing and run it again. (As per Harrys videos) My question is - will this work properly when there are lights loaded that are two different sizes ie 1x1 and 2x2 or should I run the process once for the 1x1 lights and then again separately for 2x2 lights and generate two separate defect maps?? The reason I ask is that I cant figure out in my tiny brain whether or not the defect map generated by using a 1x1 uncalibrated light will be correct for applying to a 2x2 binned image.
