AR2585 in white light

A little noisy, but given the conditions fairly pleased. I was out this morning before work at 06:30, clear blue skies but pretty poor seeing conditions. Back out during Lunch break when this was taken at 1:25pm seeing conditions were better, but the wind was quite strong by then.

Taken with the ED80/ND5 filter and DMK21au618/No58+I/R cut filters.

That's a lovely detailed image Pete, excellent.  I had similar conditions as yourself today, really poor early on ( 7am in my case) and much better by late morning.

Very nice image Pete, loads of detail in there. Supposed to be some sunshine here today so I might have a peek myself later.

Fantastic details on the closeup Pete! I like the texture of the granulation.
