Noctilucent clouds 1st of the season

Awoke at 2:30am to see this 1st display for myself this season. This is a 3 pane mosaic from just outside of Biggleswade.

That's lovely.  I've only ever seen noctiluscent clouds once, in Oxfordshire.  There's something a bit uncanny about them because it's a light sky in the north.

Nice one.  Last night was the first tine my heyfever was useful!   I see it only got better from your pics.

Its almost a year to the day that I last saw them, which was also just about a year from my first sighting. So I have images from 7th,14th,6th July from 2014,15,16. I have never seen them in June or August , just this short window in July.
