Guiding and Mount Tracking

Recommended Posts

I'm getting to grips with guiding, but am wondering if I should turn off my mount's tracking in order to let PHD take 100% control of the mount, or does it matter?

No don't turn off the tracking :)  PHD just tweaks the tracking, making small corrections to the drive rate as it goes.
