Handle getting stuck

When using my telescope, a Celestron power seeker 127 Eq, one of my slow motion handles keeps getting stuck and won't move the telescope, does anyone know what the issue could be?

Hello and welcome to SGL. Which handle ? The DEC axis only has a limited movement so I suspect it is that one. The DEC axis only requires a small amount of movement because it is designed for fine tuning the direction of the telescope only. If you need to make larger adjustments, unlock the DEC axis clutch and slew the mount manually then retighten the clutch and fine tune using the slo-mo cable.
Before going any further count the number of full turns of the slo-mo cable needs to go from lock to lock and then wind the cable back half that that number to recentre the cable.
