I would first get information from here:

http://binocularsky.com/

and in particular the information on buying a pair:

http://binocularsky.com/binoc_choosing.php

Excellent information for newbies and experienced astronomers alike. The great advantage of a pair of bins is that you can take them to dark sites easily. I often bring a pair when travelling by air, e.g. tosee the southern hemisphere skies on a trip down-under. A lot easier than a scope

I would consider this very carefully

You have a telescope which has an aperture of 76mm. Because it is a telescope using eyepieces gives the opportunity to increase the magnification. Binoculars will not match this. Your telescope with a 10mm eyepiece will give 70x magnification. You might want to focus on trying to locate by star hoping the brightest DSO for example m31 or m44 . use stellarium if you have a PC to see what is where. Always start with your lowest power eyepiece when starting to locate an object this is your 20mm.

Binoculars can be very portable but they can also require a tripod depending on size chosen. Given you already own a telescope I an not convinced you will see any more with binoculars and often could see less then your telescope.

I suggest learn to star hop and try for the brightest emitting DSO and make the most of your telescope's potential.

Look for clusters, see if you can split some double stars. Enjoy the Moon, Jupiter and Saturn.

As you have indicated that light-pollution is bad in Lahore, part of the problem you are having is knowing where to look with your telescope. But if you can see some stars, you should be able to find your way around the night sky with a good map. So I'd suggest you  try using a very good 'planetarium-program.' This is computer-software that you set-up for your location and time. And it will show you what is actually up there - once you figure out what stars you ARE able to see.

Similar programs can cost you alot of money. Stellarium is completely free of charge. Just follow the instructions and you'll be all set. Just choose the version that matches your system:

http://www.stellarium.org/

As for instructions, the most current one's are posted in Wiki due to there being new features & functions being created almost daily. There is also a Pdf. that's almost up-to-date, absolutely enough 'up-to-date' in all needed ways. Here's the Wiki-Link:

http://www.stellarium.org/wiki/index.php/Stellarium_User_Guide

And the Pdf. is here:

http://barry.sarcasmogerdes.com/stellarium/stellarium_user_guide-new.pdf

This should help you to find just about everything under the Sun.

I'll leave you with a screenshot of mine. Understand mine is set for my needs. Yours will be much simpler - until you set it to show you what you're interested in finding:
