Aged: 24 1/2 hours (a personal best).

Moon was too dim to be seen through the viewfinder, could only be located with binoculars, so, focus was a guess.

Had to search for it on my little netbook, but yep it's there.

What's that bright spot bottom left?

I'm thinking some monitors might not show it.

The shot was toward the coast, but low hills blocked the water from this angle, and there was a marine layer somewhat inland obscuring any detail. 

I remember it as stationary from what little attention I gave it at the time.

Focal length was 434mm zoom,  crop sensor dslr, so it was quite some distance off.

Don't know but I think you've caught something else there, a planet perhaps.
