Brandon takes the lead for the final, full meeting of the season, with the updated version of his popular Milky Way presentation.

Lots of interesting facts and new findings. How it formed, what it contains and what is in store for it in the future.

On top of this, a “Telescope Surgery”. If you are having difficulty using your own equipment, bring it along and get some help and advise with how to get the best from it. Contact me before bringing it though.

Along with the usual “What’s on?” (Time permitting) Discussions, coffee and biscuits, this should be a great mix for an entertaining and useful night out, and with people who all have similar interests.

Saturday 11th June, 7.00pm at Treowen Community Hall.

At the McDonalds junction, take the Kerry road, over the railway bridge and take the last right just before you leave Newtown for the countryside.

Go up the hill into the Treowen housing estate. After the road levels off, there is a school on the right with a lay-by outside. The community hall is opposite the entrance to the school.
