neximage 5 freezing

Hey all, the wife recently bought the neximage 5 camera, we have discovered it aint compatable with a laptop with the AMD chip so we have tried it on another laptop, the problem is as soon as I click on ok to open the camera on the software the whole screen freezes, anyone else had this problem and have a solution please, its getting very frustrating, many thanks in advance.     Pete

What software are you using and have you tried other capture programmes.

its the software that we got with it, icap

I read on another forum that icap cam have a few problems. Have you tried sharpcap or firecapture?
